Postage and Packaging
All prices on the www.jalimali.com website are exclusive of postage and packaging (p&p). All postage and packaging costs therefore need to be covered by the customer and will be added to the total cost of the purchased goods.
The prices are stated below:-
For purchases up to £20 in value P&P £2.95
For purchases £21-£30 in value P&P £3.95
For purchases over £30 P&P £6.95
Please contact us if you require the cost for posting to a country outside mainland UK.
Payment
All of our prices on the www.jalimali.com website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT.
You can pay for your goods either by:
Credit/Debit card
You can either fill in your card details by clicking on the BUY NOW button on the website. Or if you prefer you can pay over the phone by calling us on 01437 729070.
Cheque
If you prefer to pay by cheque then please make it payable to 'Jalimali Ltd' and send it to Jalimali, 2 New Street, St Davids, Pembrokeshire, SA62 6SN. (Please note that goods will not be dispatched until after the 3-5 working day clearing period needed for cheques)
Please note all orders will only be dispatched once payment including postage and packing costs have been received.

Shipping and returns
All goods will be dispatched for deliveries in the UK within 3 working days from the receipt of the order and payment. Within 7 working days for deliveries outside of the UK. We will make every effort to keep to these schedules. However in some cases where a product is out of stock delivery may take longer. We will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay if this occurs.
If you receive a package that is damaged on delivery then you must return it to the delivery company immediately without opening it.
If you are unhappy with any of the goods that you receive then you must return them to Jalimali within 7 working days of the date of receipt (within 14 working days if you are outside of the UK). If you do not return the goods within the stated period then we have no liability for the items.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are adequately packed to avoid damage during the return journey and will have to cover the cost of any postage and other costs incurred by themselves and Jalimali.
It is highly advisable to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as Jalimali cannot be held responsible for any goods that may be lost in transit.
Jalimali will not accept any returned goods that have been damaged because of poor use, accident or neglect.
In the interests of hygiene earrings cannot be returned.
Handmade products
Please be aware that as our products are handmade then sizes and colours may vary slightly between items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given for goods that are damaged or for items of clothing that do not fit. Payment will be received with 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made by Credit/Debit card through the PAYPAL system. For all other returns a credit note or replacement of equal value will be provided.
Jalimali reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice.
